Denied refund
Hello everybody, I would like a little help here, i having an app used 2 years ish. That app and the program support team(developer team) do not hold a stand near the terms and conditions they made ! What is 3 working days answers for problem tickets or maximum 5 working days for mail tickets! I had few little problems with in game shopping then I requested a refund from them, then later on after several working days later try from Apple ! I want my money back for a service I never received! Today apple refused to have my refunds ! What I can do then and why they refused it when I haven’t received a services I was paid for ?
