Apple refuses to remove Activation Lock despite proof of purchase

Hi guys. I solely created a new Apple ID just so that I can find help that Apple support is not providing. Please enlighten me as to what this is and what do they want from me? I provided a proof of purchase but they still cannot assist.

I have gone to the Authorized Apple Reseller where i purchased the device Way Back in 2020 and asked them to locate the invoice that Apple requires. After days of them searching for the old invoice, they finally found it. I submitted request for activation lock removal from apple with the invoice attached (Which they requested), but they do not want to help. They just send a Whats clearly an Automated vague response above. They do not explain the reason behind their refusal to help.

I JUST WANT TO SETUP MY EXCITED SON ON THE IPHONE BUT CLEARLY APPLE COULD NOT BE PHASED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At this point I would suggest calling Apple Support and discussing the situation with them directly, not via web forms and emails. While I'm sure we all understand the frustration you're experiencing, we are all just fellow users here and as such have no idea why they are not helping nor what additional information they might need, nor can anyone here do anything to intervene in the process.

Regards.
