How can I add my Apple Account Balance to the Wallet?

I am just trying to add my Apple balance into my Apple Card and it’s shows your balance can’t be added at this time I did all possible ways to do but my Apple Card is not adding into my wallet ( I have an updated iOS version 18.2 as I am a Australian so my country region is Australia itself I tried to connect Apple support they aren’t helping me) anyone have the same problem please tell me how to overcome this issue thanks in advance.

What iPhone model do you have? What iOS version does it use?

Have you followed these steps?

Add Apple Account to Apple Wallet and see the account balance

Go to the Wallet app on your iPhone.
Tap , then tap Add Apple Account.

The account balance appears below the card.

No I don’t use VPN and I have to purchase a device so I can use only Apple wallet card to pay at Apple Store other I have to schedule delivery and it’s taking time and when I am selecting pick up at store but it’s not allowing me to do so today I visited to Apple Store the guy told me you have to pay with your Apple wallet so I am trying to to add that Apple account balance into my Apple wallet card but I am facing issue
