Apple map widget lock screen

Is there a LOCK SCREEN widget for Apple Maps?? All I see is Google maps widget.

iPhone 12, iOS 18

Yes, Apple Maps has a widget called Maps. It has 3 different sizes. You can learn more about widgets in the Apple Support article I linked below.

I am asking specifically about the LOCK screen. Not the home screen. I am very familiar with adding widgets but there’s no option for Apple map widget on the LOCK screen.

I been looking all day, I dont think you can. The whole widget function is to check the traffic. Not a lot of apple map user to give an accurate detail
