Recurring issues with iPhone 16 Pro after two replacements

I’m having issues with my 16 pro this is the second phone I have revived in a month and a half. The second phone is doing the exact same as the first I retired. Here is the kicker I took it to the apple store and the refuse to help me and apple support is a joke the could not fix the issue either. So I’m stuck with a $1000 dollar iPhone that just makes calls and text. I need the community’s help to get in contact with the leadership someone in charge and can get this situation solved for me. Who can I contact???
