Persistent suspicious calendar event on iPhone

It is an event that even if I press Decline many times it does not go away. It does not dissapear

Spam events on my calendar Hi … The spam “event” below has suddenly appeared on my iPhone calendar (whilst the phone was not in use). I have gone through previous forums which suggest that I have probably inadvertently clicked on some kind of link but I honestly don’t know how it has got there, and certainly not from the kind of site that it appears to be from. The suggested fix is to find the rogue calendar in settings and delete it, but as you can see from the photo, there is no facility to delete. I did click on the “decline” option at the bottom of the event, but it does nothing… your advice and help would be greatly appreciated. I have just done an update so I am now running on ios 16.7.5

Missing appointment dates on calendar, could be due to suspicious pop up on iPhone? All saved appointment that were set up on iPhone are now gone. Recently received pop up days from Apple about iPhone being hijacked malware or something and I needed to click but I didn’t . I just ignored. Would apple ever send message saying iPhone was hacked, hijacked or whatever ? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Are you seeing something as shown in the pic below? This is neither a hack nor a virus. It is spam and you can get rid of it. Read below...

Then probably you have accepted an offer or subscribed for a spam Calendar accidentally. Watch the GIF below to know how to unsubscribe from these alerts. Look for an unknown Calendar on the device under subscribed calendars.
