Has anyone found a solution? The printer had been working absolutely fine but then stopped with a 'communication error'. I have tried everything, taken all advice I can find, including resetting the printing system on my mac but nothing works! Mac is using Ventura 13.7. Printer is on wifi. Can anyone help?

You might want to try updating to Ventura 13.7.2
Wondering if you are using "AirPrint" as your printer is listed as being compatible:
Thank you kindly for trying those suggestions ... wondering if Epson have some kind of a printer software update for your particular printer model ... eg: firmware or driver update ... if you have a printer manual it may point the way ... or ... just found a Support page for EPSON-ET 3850 online ... (I notice there is an iPhone / Android app download at the top ... and an entry-field for MacOS version underneath.

I have updated to Ventura 13.7.2 and I have tried 'Airprint' but still not working! This is so frustrating! Both had been working together well but not now. Thank you for trying to help!
