Unable to Print to Networked Konica Minolta BizHub C454

Whenever I try to print from my MacBook Pro (macOS Ventura 13.0.1) over the wireless network to my workplace BizHub C454, the Print Queue window shows the file spooling to the printer successfully, and the printer seems to "wake up" and make noises like it's received the file, but then nothing happens. The word error is orange on the printer settings from my laptop but I see no error message on the machine.

Do I need to download a new driver? This issue began sometime after I updated my software a few months ago. And today I cannot print. What can I do to find the issue and correct it?

Hi Virgiesub,

If this issue began after an update, it is likely your printer does not have drivers for the later versions of macOS.

Looking at their site, it appears they stopped support at macOS 11 Big Sur. While oftentimes drivers from older OS versions will work on new ones, we'd recommend reaching out to support for the printer for the most updated info on driver settings.
