Why can't I resize my Safari window after Snapping tabs?

when I snap a tab off a Safari window, then attach other tabs to it, I am unable to drag or resize that window properly. macos goes crazy. this only affects the Safari window that was snapped from a tab, and doesn't happen if you make a new window. the little moce & resize control and password prompts and select boxes are all offset to the right by about half a window width.

I have exactly the same problem. In addition, if you open a third window like this, there is no problem. Only the second window goes crazy.

Sometimes the window disappears far out of the visible area. Which makes it unusable.

I had tried Rectangle once and suspected that it was still causing problems even though it was uninstalled. And now I've seen your post and I'm not so sure anymore.

I hope there is a solution.
