Cannot download contacts from Apple iPhone 16 pro

Microsoft sync in my 2012 Ford fusion says “Warning. This function may not be supported by your phone” when trying to download contacts. Just upgraded from iphone X to iphone 16 pro.

Contacts not syncing from iPhone to iCloud and Mac Hello, I have this ongoing problem where Contacts, which I've always synced using iCloud, do not sync to iCloud and therefore do not sync to my Mac. It is driving me crazy. I have tried turning contacts off in iCloud settings on my phone, turning the phone off, and then turning back on and turning Contacts back on. No luck. What are my options? Iphone 11 Pro, 16.2.

Well, does it download contacts? It may not for security reasons.
