I have an app for which the Passwords app doesn’t offer to provide the password for the site. When I go to the Passwords app, locate the entry with the password I need, I can’t get the Password app to expose the password.
I am on an iPad Air running iPadOS 18.2.1.

Have you tried re-starting your device ?
I read how to find a password for an app, which is what I want to do.
I open Password app. I search for the account. I tap on it. At that point the record is supposed to be display. Then I’m to tap on the password field in the record, which should display the password.
But I never get that far. I search for the record. When it comes up and I tap on it nothing happens.
