cannot find passwords app

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 18
When I downloaded the iOS 18 update the first time, the Password app was downloaded and placed on my last page of apps, PLUS, it is shown in the App Library.

“You guys”? We’re not folks that work for Apple. This is a user-to-user forum.
The people that do work for Apple may or may not read replies here, and only seldom post replies.
It’s difficult to believe it hasn’t been installed as part of iOS. Does it show up if you type the app name in the App Library? If it isn’t in the App Library try installing Passwords from the App Store.

It is not only difficult to believe, it is impossible to believe it isn’t on any iPhone that was updated to iOS 18.x.
As the Passwords app cannot be deleted it can’t be reinstalled from the App Store, and it is certainly on the iPhone.
It’s now an app icon on the Home screen.
