Transferring photos from old iPhone to new iPhone without access to old iCloud

Bit of a difficult one to explain, but i'll give it my best shot:

My old Apple ID seems to have recently been "removed" and I no longer have any access to it (or iCloud) and cannot recover it either. Honestly, I have no idea how or why...

I just got a new phone (unrelated, my contract was up) but I had to create a new Apple ID due to the above issue.

I have tried every way I can think of to transfer my photos from my old phone to my new phone, but they just will not send across. I think it's because they're still linked to the previous iCloud? I have tried transferring them with Onedrive/WeTransfer/DropBox etc. I have tried emailing them to myself, I have tried sending them over social messaging... Nothing works as they seem to be locked onto my old iCloud and it will not let me do anything with them.

Any idea how I can get around this at all??

I have about 7,100+ photos I need to transfer and would be heartbroken to lose them.

Sounds like you may have managed to get most of your photos uploaded to iCloud and optimized off of your iPhone, then lost contact with your ID/Apple Account and the iCloud storage it identifies. If that is what happened, you need to concentrate on recovering access to that old Apple ID/Account and the full resolution versions of the photos and videos.
