Tip for opening AirTag when replacing battery

I struggled trying to open my AirTag to replace the battery. I watched the video from Apple and tried to do it that exact same way. That did not work. Then I started looking for YouTube videos. I noticed that one guy was putting his fingers in a different position than how the Apple video shows. Basically you put your fingers closer to the outer edge of the silver cap, not the inner part. Also, you don't need to use a lot of pressure and you do turn it counterclockwise. You might want to move your fingers around to find the right spot but I can tell you it took me literally seconds to open it as soon as I tried it. Hope others find this useful. Good luck!
