iPhone 15 pro abnormal battery drain

My phone’s battery is draining really really fast after iOS 18.2. As you can see from the picture, I’m barely using my phone and battery is dropping crazy fast. Is anyone else having this issue? Battery health is 88%, cycle count 446. This phone is just a little over a year old (bought in October 2023).

The measure of battery health deterioration/drainage is subjective and can vary depending on individual usage patterns. There is no universal standard to determine whether the battery health deterioration/drainage is normal or abnormal because it heavily relies on how the battery is used and maintained.

For starters, please update to the latest iOS 18.2.1, which can address any bugs.

After an update, certain related tasks including indexing run in the background in which you can experience an increased battery drain. When the update is complete, which usually takes a few days, your iPhone will return to normal conditions.
