Green screen on iPhone 15 Pro Max despite warranty

My new iPhone 15 pro max got a green screen the other night. I have tried the volume power reset which did not work. I have no other screen or control of my phone but the green screen one. What is really not sitting well is the fact I have warranty and needed to pay Asurion $448.00 to send me a replacement which I won't get for 3 days. Someone mentioned reiboot.com but I would like to know if anyone has tried this. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. I feel like I'm getting hosed!!!

Hello~ Try this restart method from a prior post of *Axel Foley* as they put it well…

(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

If this is of no help take your iPhone in to Apple for a check. Click on below…

There seems to be an ambiguity in your use of the term “warranty”. It may mean one of these two very different meanings:

  1. Apple’s Limited Warranty. This is supplied by Apple. Check if you are eligible here. (It sounds like you are not referring to this. Find information about your warranty or AppleCare plan - Apple Support
  2. A warranty provided by Asurion (a third party issuing a warranty having nothing to do with Apple). This sounds like your situation. Perhaps your cellular provider is involved, but Apple is not.
