My apple music on my win11 lap top doesn't have the option to buy songs. Instead, I have to uninstall apple music, refresh itunes, buy the song, then reload apple music. What am I missing?

Settings > General > Show > iTunes Store. You'll find settings attached to the sign in/username panel in the lower left. Of course you could stop at the point where you've made iTunes work properly again. Have you found any real benefit in the Apple Music app?
