I can not add my phone number into iMessage

I did as it is shown in apple support web, but still it is not adding my phone number into face time and iMessage. It is loading and loading, I even waited for about 30 minutes but still it is not adding. Please team advice!

Please follow this procedure for force resetting your iPhone ⇢

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo
