IMovie photos not moving with Ken Burns effect

I made quite a few IMovie with great success. For the last couple of weeks, the photos I included in my video, are blocked and do not move from bottom to top or top to bottom. Eventhtough I used ken’s arrows.Anybody experience such fact ? Did I do something différent ? Thanks for your answers.
