Received a text saying. There’s a problem processing the payment for your Apple trade-in order W15***97***. Please check your email for more information.

If you have ordered something from the Apple Store, call them (get the number directly from Apple's website; do not call any number presented in the text) and ask them about the problem. If you've not ordered anything, it's a scam. Do not respond to the text in any way; just delete it.
