Active Apple TV subscription but still saying 'sign in for free trial'!!

I'm trying to watch a series on Apple TV and am signed in to my account. It appears as though I need to sign up but I already have an active account which is showing my next payment is coming up. Any ideas?

Apple TV app wont recognise my subscription Hi, I have signed up for Apple TV and have signed in on the App on the TV. I have signed in and linked to the TV with the code supplied but every time I try and sign in it doesnt recognise my subscription, just keeps saying start free trial, when I click on this it just says to confirm what my subscription is, which I do but then it still does not allow me to watch anything.
