We do not know which MacBook Pro 15" model (year) you have in order to check whether it can be upgraded as you wish. Eg: See Apple Support's article for how to: Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support

You can view the detail of the newest MacOS version that can be installed, underneath the listing in the article.

Am no expert in this area: Please note: Any upgrade possible may need to be done gradually in steps from Mac OS version to version. Eg: 10.15.7 Catalina to 14.6 or higher is quite a leap to risk in one go. You may want to reply with more info. on your Mac model (year), so those with the expertise can suggest how best to achieve your goal, and help you upgrade to ... eg: ... the newest compatible MacOS version.

All the best :-)
