iCloud storage payment issue and potential scam

Message that my payment failed, yet I received a receipt, payment was applied to account,

they are threatening all my photos will be lost if I don't send them my payment info to update, is this a scam??? Looks authentic, Logo and all, but at the bottom it says I can opt out of receiving messages???
