Where can i find podcast mp3 files on my mac?

Just bought a shokz mp3 player and want to transfer podcast files to it from my mac. Prior responses don't seem to work w/ Monterey 12.7.6.

I'm able to get Apple Music files on to the storage but can't seem to find a viable way to transfer Apple Podcasts. I've searched online but the solutions recommended are either no longer viable (worked in older versions of MacOS) or Windows based. Any ideas on how to do this in my current environment? Thank you.

Mac OS Ventura 13.1 - location of downloaded podcast Need to know where Ventura is storing podcast mp3 files. Have headphones I swim with that require me to copy .mp3 to headphone and since iTunes has gone away Apple has made it more difficult to accomplish this by hiding the location of where mp3 files, specifically podcasts, are stored.
