I am a blind iPhone user, so the announcement that Siri made before she made a call was very helpful to me. Sometimes it happens that I call this name, but Siri hears otherwise and calls the wrong person. So, the confirmation she made helped me to cancel the call in time if she happened to call a wrong person.
Please reconsider returning that feature on which Siri announces the contact’s name before dialling.

As there was no Alt-Text I'll describe the picture. I don't think describing it will help, except to allow dikeledip to know that the picture is probably unhelpful. The picture shows the Settings App, Siri settings, "Announce Calls" section of Siri requests. The "Always announce incoming calls" description of the "Always" Announce Calls setting is highlighted.
