Brand new iphone 15 wont reboot, force restart, OR enter recovery mode

So i literally just got my Iphone 15 today. When i went to set it up, it asked me if i wanted to upgrade to iOS18.5. I accepted. It took well over an hour, and then it just shut off. When i tried to turn the phone back on, its stuck in this constant reboot loop with the “hello” screen. It wont let me put in my password. Wont let me restart, or force restart. It wont let me do anything. Ive tried plugging it into my computer. It wont let me put it into recover mode. Nothing! So i basically just have to let it be stuck on this glitchy reboot screen until it dies. Is there anything i can do? I feel like im just going to have to take it in to the apple store.
