What, exactly, are you seeing?
Many carriers are dropping support. Your carrier may have also updated/changed the name from 4G to LTE. Do you show LTE as an option?
Your carrier may need to update their firmware for your device and modem. Contact your cellular service provider and they usually can do an over the air update of firmware and/or modem updates.
I see only G on the network side
