Slow mobile network after iOS 18.2 update on iPhone

I updated my iPhone to iOS 18.2, and after the update, my mobile network became very slow. Please! This phone is only three years old, and now, because of the new update, I’m being forced to replace it. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this kind of forced sales strategy.
