Deleting devices in settings for Health app

In settings the health app has several devices but I can’t delete them. I just want my current phone and watch

How to delete all devices showed in my Health app? when I open Health app, and tap “data and devices”, then go to devices, it shows at least 100 devices there( I guess that’s the main reason why Health took 429MB. )Only one device is mine. So how to delete all those irrelevant devices instead of one by one? I tried to delete one, it took little longer than I thought, and it’ll make my phone being hot as well.

I have the same issue. Discovered this while trying to determine why syncing was taking so long between iPhone and iPad.
