How do I switch a beat designer or drum set designer or drum synth from the buttons to regular piano roll in Logic Pro iPad app?

Every time I push the little buttons that it has in the beat designer editor of the iPad app of Logic Pro, it makes a kick for example, one for every full bar for numerous bars at a time. When I just want one single kick drum hit and build my beat in the piano roll. Like I’m used to. I don’t want to press one of those little buttons and it affects multiple bars at a time. I want to build my beat in piano roll. So how do I switch The beat editors from these buttons to regular piano roll?
