my iphone 13 was charging properly all day but now i’m trying to charge it and it’s stuck on 1 percent and keeps restarting i tried changing chargers but nothing is working what do i do?

First, try a forced restart. If that doesn't work take it in to the Apple store to have it looked at. It sounds like your battery needs to be replaced.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
