Transferring app passwords from iOS 16 iPhone 8 to iOS 18.2 iPhone 12

Old phone, iPhone 8 running ios 16.7. Backed up via Mac then restored to Newer iphone 12, IOS 18.2. Also tried using the "put phones close together" method. Same results. The passwords are on the old phone, and sync'd to iCloud.

Look on your last page of apps on your iPhone 12. You should see an app called Passwords, with 3 keys on it. Your passwords are now stored there.
