My mother can't call me on my iPhone

My mother cannot call me. I have AT&T. She has C-Spire. She is in my contacts. She isn’t blocked. She can text me. I can call her. When she calls me, no ring tone or voicemail, Any ideas?

We have both updated software and restarted phones.

My mom can't call me I just got a new iPhone 14 plus and my mom can't call me. She says it just keeps going to voicemail, and her texts don't come through either. I went through my blocked numbers and hers isn't on the list. What happened?

Cannot call my child’s phone I recently got my 13 year old twins iPhones. The set up appears to be the same but I cannot call one of my daughter’s phones. I am set up as her emergency contact and one of her downtime contacts. I have confirmed all of her settings and my number is not blocked on her phone but I get the message “The person you are calling cannot accept calls at this time.” Please help!

Contact your carrier and tell her to contact hers. That’s a carrier problem.
