Yamaha MODX6+ and MainStage integration
I need to use sounds from both the MODX6+ and MainStage together. Additionally, is there a way to modify the MainStage patches directly from the MODX6+ ?

If you can route the audio output of the MOD6X into the audio input of the Mac and set MainStage audio input to the Mac's audio input then the MOD6X audio is available in MainStage and can be mixed with MainStage sounds. Make sure the output from the MOD6X is at LINE level NOT Loud Speaker level.
If the MOD6X can output Program change messages then you can change patches but there's no way to modify them. Control Change messages from the MOD6X can be used to adjust things like volumes on each strip.
