Why is my IPad Pro not letting me use genmogie?

What model iPad Pro do you own? Does it have an M1 or newer chip? Do you have the emoji keyboard downloaded to your iPad (Settings > General > Keyboards - add the Emoji keyboard it it isn't there). Have you successfully downloaded Apple Intelligence if you do have an iPad capable of running Apple Intelligence? And finally, where in the world are you located?
