Restrictions setup issue on child's iPad
When setting up child’s iPad I can’t get past the point where you set up restrictions

An AppleID for a child must first be created by an adult Family Organizer on their own device.
Then one can setup the child’s device(s) with the newly-created account credentials.

Note too that the iPad should also first be fully “purged” of ALL previous user info as follows:
