iPhone 15 Hotspot security pop-ups on iPad

I am using my iPhone 15 hotspot to share with my iPad. When I browse websites on my iPad or phone, I am getting security message pop-ups that say website is not secure. Is this more likely when using a hotspot? I have removed all history on my iPhone and iPad. I have done a hard shut down on both my iPhone and iPad.

Perhaps you are comparing apples and oranges...

For any individual device, when using an iPhone's hotspot versus regular WiFi, you are unlikely to observe any significant differences in any warnings or alerts for a given website or online service.

By contrast, you may indeed observe differences in warnings or alters - due to differences in your device settings and/or the installed version of iOS/iPadOS. Any "security" Apps that you have installed may also influence alerts.

Thank you for replying. Additional detail : I noticed that my husband‘s iPhone 15 (with updated software) had the Wi-Fi setting on. So we turned it off after deleting all the Safari histories on the iphone and iPad Air (with updated software). We also turned off the hotspot on his iPhone. (We do not have additional security apps on the devices.) The warnings no longer pop up on his iPhone. He is reluctant to use the hotspot for his iPad again as he is concerned about hackers on the hotspot Wi-Fi. Should he be concerned?
