Cleanup Feature:

Any beta software installed? Seems Apple has yet to update there site. It mentions nothing of iOS18.2 in it: Requirements to use Clean Up in Photos - Apple Support

I have the same issue but the article shared above says it is not available in the EU. My account was always in the EU I guess they realized this was a glitch that we had it available and removed with last update.
