I have an iPhone 16, with IOS 18.2.1. I used to have the “Clean up” feature for photos editing, but out of any sudden I just cannot find it anymore. All of the troubleshoots I found online are related to the IOS version, but I am fully up to date. What can I do to have this feature back?

I'm wishing Apple had chosen another name-- you get some crazy stuff when you search Google for "Clean Up"
