Can't make cellular calls from iPhone 8 to iPhone XR

Hi,

So my brother blocked me for a period of time. I went into his phone and unblocked me, but I still can’t call him. He isn’t on do not disturb or anything. When I call him, it doesn’t even ring! It goes straight to voicemail. He has an iPhone XR with iOS 18.2 and I have an iPhone 8 with iOS 16.7.10. I can iMessage and FaceTime, but not cellular call. I can cellular call my mum with a android.

Check your iPhone settings

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check Do Not Disturb. Go to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's turned off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.

Can't send or receive message then try these steps first

Restart your device: ...
Check your network connection. ...
Check with your carrier to see if the type of message you're trying to send, like MMS or SMS, is supported.
If you're trying to send group MMS messages on an iPhone, go to Settings > Messages and turn on MMS Messaging.

My brother can receive calls from other people, just not me. Airplane Mode wont do anything. DND Is not turned on. My phone number is not blocked. He can receive messages just fine.
