Unable to change location display name in Business Connect

I have three locations each with a different name. However, all three locations on my business connect profile show the same name. I can't figure out how to change the display name. When I go to Locations -> click on a location, -> then click on Display Name, the default name is dimmed out and I can't edit it.

Then there is a message "The language for the display name is set in Location Info, under Preferences. To change the name, go to the Brand Profile." When I go to Brand Profile, I don't see any options to change the name of each location. If I click on Locations under Features (on the Brand Profile) it takes me right back to the Locations menu where I can't change the name
