Business Profile on Maps

My business profile has several errors and I’m not able to make the changes.

Its listed as permanently closed, has the wrong address, and has the wrong times.

How do I claim the business profile so I can make the changes?

Online, when I search for my business, it lists a strange address and says that my business is 'Permanently Closed'. There are no other users. I have used the 'report an issue' link multiple times. Unable to update or modify any business information in Apple Maps Am I the only frustrated business owner which thinks that Apple should stop ignoring the issues on Apple Business Connect? The service is absolutely terrible and full of bugs I have been caused quite a lot of damage as I am unable to update my business infos and I keep receiving complaints and bad reviews from my beloved customers as they keep showing up while my stores are closed as Apple displays the wrong website domain and opening hours. First of all it took me months to get Apple Maps to modify the address of my business as the whole road was named incorrectly, now I am unable to access one of my store pages and I am completely locked out of the page. Now I started having issues with my other store pages as well and I can't update or modify any information on those pages. [Edited by Moderator]
