Only 60 Most Recent Items Shown in Music Recently Added on Mac OS Sonoma The recently added music section of the library on Mac computers used to show all music added from most recent to very first addition. The new OS Sonoma now only shows the last 60 items added. IOS for iPhone and iPad always showed the last 60 items added and now Sonoma has followed suit. That’s disappointing because I really liked going back and seeing when I added items/albums. I was able to back to 2008 and see what was first added. I hope Apple willadd that back into future Mac OS systems updates.

Apple Music saves only a portion of downloaded files I'm having trouble with the Apple Music. My playlist has about 200 songs (not too much) and all of them are downloaded to my iphone. But every time I log out of my Apple ID and go back in, some (not all) of the songs I have to download back. My question is why this happens (something stays on the iPhone and something is deleted). All settings are set correctly. Settings > Music > Optimise Storage - off.

'Recently Added' on iPhone and Mac not working with the Music app Hi, I've switched from PC to Mac from iTunes to the Music app and it's very frustrating. I sort all my music by 'Date Modified' which simply means the latest song that was added to my music folder shows at the top, followed by the next one and so on. And this works perfectly with iTunes. Now the same folder when dragged and dropped to the Music app on my MacBook shows up fine on screen as I have selected the 'Date Modified' parameter. But when I now sync the whole Music folder, it shows up on my iPhone all mixed up! By the way, my files in the iPhone Music app are always sorted as 'Recently Added'. But clearly, the list indicates that these music files are NOT 'Recently Added'. It's just an abomination of a random combination. Please can anyone help me on how I can fix this. Or is there a way?? I've even tried adding music files individually but it still seems to decide how it wants to sort it.
