How do I enable Genmoji on iPadOS 9th gen?
I have updated to 18.2 but i’m not sure if I can allow it on the 9th generation.

Needed: A17 Pro, A18, A18 Pro, or an Apple M-class processor.
If you’re already running iOS 18.2 or later, iPadOS 18.2 or later, or macOS 15.2 or later, and Apple Intelligence is not showing up, then your hardware is too old. (Or you’re not in a region where Apple Intelligence is available.)
No, there is no way to retrofit Apple Intelligence hardware support, either.
