Apple Watch automatically syncs to your iPhone. To sync between your iPhone and iPad (and your computer, if you wish), one each device open Settings, tap on your iCloud name at the top, then iCloud, then See More. This will list all of your apps, and turn on the switch for each app data that you want to sync. This will sync your choices, except for email, contacts, calendars and reminders. Those sync to your email account, so if you have the same email account on all of your devices those will sync also.

If you have a Mac you are all set to sync to your computer, just use the same instructions. If you have Windows get the free Download iCloud for Windows from the Microsoft Store

Once you sync you can also view much of the content using a web browser at: https://icloud.com
