Accessing saved passwords without the new iOS 18 app

Traditionally they were housed in Settings but now there is a new app. Several of the Settings features/displays have changed and I miss the old features especially the Settings and Photos app. When I updated to IOS 18 I deleted several of the apps that came with it because it was really overwhelming and overstimulating. Are they hidden somewhere by chance or do I need the new application?
