Passwords app in hidden folder

Shouldn’t I be able to put my Passwords App in the Hidden Folder, given how much important information it contains?

From this in the iPhone User Guide:

Lock or hide an app on iPhone - Apple Support

Note: Apps that come installed with iOS 18 or later can’t be hidden—only apps you download separately from the App Store can be hidden.”

The Passwords app requires your Face ID to open, so it seems hiding the app would accomplish nothing.
