HomePod music request issue on Apple TV

My wife can request music on HomePod connected to appletv and it works, when I request it says that I need to accept terms and conditions on the music app on the connected Appletv in the music app. Same HomePod and Apple TV that my wife's request works, I am the primary account and I have switched users between my wife and I with no change in results. Requesting music without using my IPAD or iPhone is the most useful/enjoyable feature for me.

They try and act as one, problems arise and one seems to also drop network connection also on my Unifi network that has no issues with any other HomePod (OG or mini), other voice assistant's and IoT devices work as they should. HomePod with Apple Music on Apple TV I have a problem listening to Apple Music on my Apple TV connected to my HomePod (2nd generation) and my HomePod mini, some songs specifically at a certain time one HomePod stops playing. I restart the song and both work correctly until that specific minute where one stops working. I have already restarted all my devices, I have them connected to the same Wi-Fi network and this problem persists in most of my songs and it is VERY annoying. All updated to the latest version of the system (18)

Apple Music keeps asking to upgrade to family plan when trying to play in car I have an Apple Music individual yearly plan. Since I upgraded to iOS 16.2, whenever I try to play music in my Mazda 3 car (not Apple Car Play), the music stops after 3 seconds and on my iPhone I get a message asking me to upgrade to family plan. Yet Airplay shows that only my Mazda 3 is selected. I was playing Apple Music in may car for years without problems until this latest update. The bug is totally reproducible. I tried everything I could think of: re-start my iPhone, diconnect and re-connect my iPhoen to the car bluetooth, restart Apple Music - nothing works. I submitted this feedback to Apple but I am not expecting that they will answer. Any ides what else can I do?
