Enabling Apple Intelligence on iPhone 16 Pro Max after iOS 18.2 update

I recently purchased new iphone 16 pro max i have update my phone to ios 18.2 but the new Ai feature of my phone is not working can you please tell me how i can active Ai in my phone ??

When I enable AI only writing tools are working, but nothing else. It just says “Download” and doesn’t do anything. Even the Siri and playground doesn’t work anymore after the official release. Apple Intelligence on iPhone 14 Pro /-Max Models Hi, so I’ve been kinda upset since the release of Apple Intelligence, because it is only available for iPhone 15 and higher. The only thing I’m upset or moreover confused about is, why the iPhone 14 Pro models don’t get to have AI since it has the same chip and same neural engine as the iPhone 14 Pros. I hope someone can clarify the reasoning behind it, since the iPhone 14 Pro models are still really good and I don’t want to change my phone after only 2 years, and I won’t until I’ll have to.
