Apple intelligence is bugged after new update IOS 18.2

After the official release, I updated to it, but now my Apple Intelligence is completely buggy. When I enable AI only writing tools are working, but nothing else. It just says “Download” and doesn’t do anything. Even the Siri and playground doesn’t work anymore after the official release. When I disable AI, the same thing happens. I’ve tried restarting my phone, having a stable WiFi connection, and everything else but nothing works. I don’t want to reset my phone. Can anyone help me fix this? I have an iPhone 16

!!!!! I FIXED IT WITH THIS!!!!!

1. Turn off apple intelligence

2. Change language and region to "United Kingdom"

3. Under apple intelligence > change language to "English (United Kingdom)"

4. Wait a few seconds until the option to turn it on appears and turn on "Apple Intelligence"

5. It should start downloading. If not just turn off "Apple Intelligence" and turn it back on. Or just wait I waited for about 5 min

After the 0% downloading disappears test it out by holding the lock button and glow should kick in. I recommend just wait here

Once I made that change, I was able to revert my Siri voice to American. However, I had to leave the iPhone’s Region set to the United Kingdom, which caused a few minor issues. For instance, I couldn’t type a dollar sign because it was now displayed as a British pound sign. Additionally, the click option was automatically set to 24-hour time instead of 12-hour time.

Despite these minor problems, it’s still a frustrating bug for an official release when the Beta version was functioning perfectly.
